Production & Shipping Time

Every order moves through two stages: production (we print and finish your job) and shipping (the carrier delivers it). The times below are separate and add together.

Production

• Standard orders enter production within 1 business day of order confirmation and approved artwork.
• Most jobs finish production in 2–4 business days, depending on product, quantity, and finishing options.
• Custom, large-format, or high-volume jobs may take longer; we'll give you an estimate before production starts.

Shipping

• Standard: 3–7 business days after production.

You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the package.

Refund & Reprint Policy

Because every order is printed on demand, printed items can't be restocked or resold. For that reason most products are non-refundable once production begins. That said, if we got it wrong, we'll fix it.

We'll reprint or refund when:

• The product arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error on our end.
• You received the wrong item or quantity.

We can't refund for:

• Errors in the artwork you supplied — typos, low-resolution images, wrong colors in your file, or layout mistakes present in an approved proof.
• Color variation within normal commercial printing tolerances. Screens are backlit; printed ink is not, so slight shifts are expected.
• Buyer's remorse or a change of mind after production has started.
• Carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control.

How to file a claim

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@printitnj.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims are resolved by reprint or by refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We may ask you to return the defective product before issuing a replacement.

Site Usage Agreement

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Your content & artwork

You keep ownership of the files and artwork you upload. By submitting them, you grant Print It NJ a limited license to reproduce and print that content solely to fulfill your order. You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you submit and that it doesn't infringe any copyright, trademark, or other right.

We will not knowingly print content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that depicts or promotes harm. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the site to break any law or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Don't scrape, copy, or resell site content without permission.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but if a pricing or product error is discovered, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Intellectual property

The Print It NJ name, logo, site design, and original content are our property and protected by law. Nothing here grants you a right to use them without written permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print It NJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
